What is EntryBook?
EntryBook is a multi-tenant business-management platform for billing, inventory, customer credit, purchases, accounting, payments, and GST workflows. It is designed for Indian businesses and supports both vertical-specific terms and shared retail workflows.
Core workflow
Section titled “Core workflow”Products and batches flow into inventory through opening stock or purchases. POS sales reduce stock, create invoices, and record cash, UPI, credit, or mixed payments. Credit activity appears in the customer ledger, while accounting and reports summarize the business.
Who uses it?

- Managers and staff operate permitted modules.
- Accountants work only with explicitly selected businesses.
- Platform administrators use separate internal operations.
Data boundary
