Use-case guides

Prioritize farmer credit, seasonal collections, fertilizer/seed/pesticide categories, batch and expiry tracking, licenses, GST invoices, and reminder consent. Record purchases with vendor GST details and reconcile physical batches regularly.

Configure barcode-ready products, fast POS, walk-in sales, customer history, cash/UPI reconciliation, stock alerts, and daily margin review. Keep unit and tax choices consistent.

Define accurate units such as pieces, boxes, rolls, and metres. Use product attributes for size or specification, retain supplier invoice documents, and verify partial-unit stock behavior before selling.

Use only workflows released for the jewellery vertical. Maintain detailed identity, attributes, valuation evidence, access controls, and audit records. Do not force regulated or pawn workflows through a generic product field.

Work from the accountant portal guide. Select one client explicitly, verify the period, resolve source-data issues, and preserve filing consent and status.

Add and verify the GSTIN, state, tax settings, HSN/SAC data, tax rates, place of supply, invoice identity, purchase taxes, and filing periods. Review validations before filing.

Do not add a GSTIN or represent invoices as tax invoices. Configure the business’s correct non-GST billing behavior and consult a qualified accountant when registration requirements are uncertain.
